Premium features now work only on Premium, nothing is lost when a plan ends, closing your account stops your subscription, and a round of privacy fixes.
Premium
Premium features — custom colours, hiding the Collr badge, covers, logos, a custom domain and extra saved searches — now work only while you have Premium. If your plan ends, your page shows the free version and keeps everything you set up, ready for when you come back.
A free trial is once per person.
Closing your account now stops your Premium subscription at the end of the period you've paid for, so you're never charged after leaving.
On your work page, pictures under your prices can go on 3 prices on the free plan and 10 on Premium.
Your page
Your avatar shows everywhere, including link previews. Avatars on Collr must never be explicit.
If your page has a content warning, its cover, logo and background now wait until a visitor has chosen to continue.
If you edit your work page in two tabs, the older tab now tells you to reload rather than saving over your newer changes.
Your data download now includes everything we hold about you that's yours to see.
Accounts
If an account is suspended or banned, we now say so clearly by email and when you sign in, explain what it means, and let you ask for a review.
