Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Collr account. You’re responsible for the security of your login credentials and for everything published under your account. Handles are claimed first-come, first-served and may be reclaimed if an account is deleted or found to violate these terms.

Don’t use Collr to publish illegal content, harass or dox other people, impersonate someone else, or link to malware, phishing, or scam destinations. Content depicting or involving minors in any sexual context is never permitted and will result in an immediate ban and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

Collr is built for the kink and fetish community — leather, rubber, pup play, bondage, bears, furries and everything alongside them — and it is for adults. Gear, kink and fetish content is welcome on your page.

Explicit material is not hosted here. Nudity and sexual acts may not be uploaded to Collr anywhere they would be stored — a profile picture, your photos, an event banner or logo. If explicit work is part of what you do, link out to the platform that hosts it; that platform is responsible for checking the age of whoever follows the link. What counts, and what to do about a page that describes explicit activity, is set out in the community guidelines.

You are responsible for making sure anything you publish, and anything you link out to, is something you have the right to share.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. Suspended accounts lose public visibility of their profile until reinstated.

You keep ownership of the content you publish. By posting it on Collr, you grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service — nothing more.

Collr is provided as-is. We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
