Verified, Trusted & Partner Events

Three badges an event can carry, what each one promises the people going, and how an organiser earns one. No organiser pays Collr for any of them.

The badges

Collr stands behind them by name, under a signed agreement.

Three levels of support

Most events on Collr are simply listed — anyone can add one, and the non-endorsement notice on the events pages applies. Three badges sit above that, each a step further.

Verified means we’ve checked that the organiser is real and that their listings are accurate. It is a check, not an endorsement.

Trusted means the organiser has also signed a short agreement with us: a published code of conduct, a way for anybody to raise a problem before the night, a named contact, and telling us about serious incidents.

Partner means Collr stands behind the event by name, under a written partnership agreement. It is by invitation.

No organiser pays Collr for any of these. A badge is earned through our checks and an agreement, never bought, and Collr takes no money from the events it lists.

Separately, an event page can ask for the Official badge. It says only that the page is run by the people behind the event, and has nothing to do with these three.

What they promise

What a badged event must say

A badge is a promise to the people going, so a badged event says what they need to know before they go. The higher the badge, the more it says:

Verified events say what it takes to get in at the door, and what the photography rules are.
Trusted events say those, their house rules in their own words, and what the building is like to get round. An explicit Trusted event also says where its explicit areas are.
Partner events answer most of the questions about the door and the building, not just one of each, and an explicit Partner event says where its explicit areas are.

A badged event can’t be published until it says these things, and organisers set them once in their standing answers so every event starts with them filled in.

What the badge grants

A Verified organiser’s events:

carry the Verified badge on the event page and wherever the event is listed;
skip the moderation queue — they go live as soon as they’re created;
come ahead of unbadged events on the same day: on the events calendar, in the weekly email and in Collr’s weekly Telegram round-up.

Verified organisers’ logos can appear in the front page’s Trusted & Verified row.

Trusted events come ahead of Verified ones on the same day, and a Trusted organiser’s logo is listed first in that row, marked Trusted. Each new Trusted event is posted to Collr’s Telegram events channel, and the page and the people who run it wear the Trusted badge on their profiles.

Partner events come first of all on their day and carry your logo on the event page. Partners’ logos have the front page’s Partners row, their upcoming events appear in its Partnered events strip, and a partner can ask Collr for Premium codes to give away at their events. Each new Partner event is posted to Collr’s Telegram events channel. The page, and the people who run it, have Premium+ for as long as the partnership lasts.

When a badge takes effect we email your kit: the “Find our events on Collr” badge for your own site, and cards and posters that carry your tier.

A badge never moves an event ahead of an earlier day, and explicit events keep their normal audience limits whatever their badge — they are never posted to Telegram.

Nothing explicit reaches Collr’s front page. An explicit event is never shown there, whatever its badge, and neither is an explicit logo. If you run explicit events but your logo isn’t explicit, your logo can still appear there, once staff have approved it. We reserve the right not to list any organiser.

Getting one

What we check for Verified

A real, identifiable organiser — a working website or an established social presence.
A complete listing: real venue, real date and time, a description, and an image.
Explicit content correctly declared — an explicit event is fine, an undeclared one is not.
No open moderation flags on this or your past events.
For recurring events: it has run at least once without incident, or you have a track record in the scene.
Your standing answers say what happens at the door and what your photography rules are. Every new event starts from them, and a Verified event can’t be published without them.

Applying for Verified or Trusted

Fill in the application form in your dashboard, under Organising, with your organiser name, website, an optional second link, and a short description of who you are and what you run.

Staff review each application against the checklist above. If a Verified application is approved, your events get the badge straight away. If a Trusted one is approved, you sign the Trusted agreement and name a contact, and your events carry the Trusted badge from the moment you sign. Either way you’re emailed; if it isn’t approved, the email says why and you can apply again once it’s addressed. One application can be open at a time.

What Trusted asks (v2026-09-25)

Trusted is for organisers who want to show a little more than Verified, without the full partnership agreement. There is no insurance requirement and no yearly review.

Every Trusted event meets all of these:

You already meet the full Verified checklist.
Your events have a published code of conduct, and you enforce it.
Anybody can raise a problem with you before the event, not only on the day, and it reaches a person.
You give Collr a named contact with authority over your events, and keep their contact details current.
You tell Collr about any safeguarding or serious incident within 48 hours, and accept that Collr may suspend Trusted status while it looks into it.
You keep your standing answers complete for Trusted: what happens at the door, your photography rules, your house rules written out, and access. For an explicit event, you also say where the explicit areas are and what they are for. Every new event starts from these, and a Trusted event cannot be published without them.

Trusted organisers are held to Collr's community guidelines. Members can report any Trusted event from its page.

Partnership

Becoming a Partner

Partnership is the most Collr offers anybody, and it is rare. We partner with the nights we would send a friend to without a second thought, and we stand behind them by name.

It is by invitation: Collr asks the organisers it would like to partner with. An organiser who is invited accepts, names a contact with authority over their events, and signs the partnership agreement, whose full text is in the next section. Nothing a partner receives begins until it is signed, and no organiser pays Collr for it.

A partner is held to the partnership terms at every event they run. Where a partner runs both kinds, the SFW section applies at their SFW events and the explicit-events section at their explicit ones.

A partnership that includes explicit events is reviewed every 12 months. Members can report any Verified, Trusted or Partner event from its page, and reports of misconduct feed into that review as well as being acted on at once.

Partnership terms in full (v2026-09-25)

A partner signs the terms below when they accept an invitation. Sections 1 and 4–7 apply to every partner event; section 2 applies to SFW events and section 3 to explicit ones.

1. Eligibility and safety

Every Partner event, SFW or explicit, meets all of these before approval:

You already meet the full Verified checklist for this event.
You will sign a partnership agreement naming the responsible legal entity or organiser, the event or series it covers, its term, and Collr's right to end it immediately on breach.
You will give Collr a named accountable person and keep their real contact details current.
The event has public liability cover. Where the venue's own cover includes events of this kind (the norm for UK venue hire), you have confirmed this with the venue. Where no venue covers it (an event outside the UK, or not held at a venue), you hold Public Liability Insurance for it, or the equivalent where it takes place.
You will tell Collr about any safeguarding or serious incident within 48 hours, and accept that Collr may suspend Partner status immediately while it reviews.
Your code of conduct, consent policy and complaints route meet Collr's minimum standard, and the complaints route reaches a person before the event, not only on the day.
You keep your standing answers complete for Partner: most of the questions at the door and on access, your photography rules, and your house rules written out. For an explicit event, you also say where the explicit areas are and what they are for. Every new event starts from these, and a Partner event cannot be published without them.

2. SFW events

For events with no explicit areas, nudity or play:

The event has no explicit areas, nudity or play.
Entry is strictly 18+. Collr only partners with events that enforce a strict 18+ door — there is no all-ages exception.

3. Explicit events

For events with nudity, fetish play or a sex-positive / dungeon space:

Entry is strictly 18+ with photo-ID checked at the door, no exceptions (21+ where the venue or licence requires it alongside alcohol).
Staff check the darkroom, and staff are easily identifiable to attendees.
You have a written consent policy covering active-consent norms, an intoxication limit for play, and a documented process for removing someone. Capacity is the venue's responsibility.
There is at least one first-aider on site, and an aftercare space wherever the venue can accommodate one.
Photography is opt-in only, with a no-photos default in play areas.
The venue is private or access-controlled — a ticketed event with entry managed on the door, not a walk-in publicly accessible space.
You accept re-confirmation every 12 months or after any incident; explicit Partner status is never open-ended.
Promotion of the event stays behind Collr's explicit-content gate: no logged-out homepage placement, and digest inclusion only for members who opted into explicit content.

4. No monetary exchange

There is no monetary consideration for a Collr partnership. Collr does not:

charge a partnership fee;
take commission from ticket sales;
take a percentage of event revenue;
receive ticket proceeds; or
require the Partner to make payments in return for Partnered Event status.

The partnership is a promotional collaboration.

5. Collr Premium giveaways

Collr may provide the Partner with complimentary Collr Premium memberships, subscriptions or promotional codes for use as event giveaways. The number of giveaways and their duration will be agreed between Collr and the Partner for each event. Premium giveaways:

have no cash value;
cannot be resold;
cannot be exchanged for money;
may not be transferred except as an event giveaway;
may be subject to Collr Premium's separate terms; and
may be withdrawn if the partnership or event is cancelled or terminated.

The Partner must not describe Premium giveaways as cash prizes or financial compensation.

6. Partnered Event branding

Once approved, the Partner may identify the event as a Collr Partnered Event using Collr's approved branding. The Partner must not:

alter Collr branding without permission;
suggest that Collr owns or operates the event;
suggest that Collr guarantees the event;
suggest that Collr is responsible for attendees, staff or venue operations; or
represent the partnership as sponsorship unless Collr has expressly agreed to that description.

7. Promotion

Collr and the Partner may promote the partnership. The Partner agrees to provide accurate event information and approved promotional materials where reasonably requested. Collr may promote the event through:

Collr.app;
Collr social channels;
email or other communications;
promotional campaigns; and
other Collr-owned channels.

Promotional exposure is not guaranteed and may vary between events.
