Getting tested, and a contact form that knows who to wake

Collr now has a page about sexual health and testing — where to go, how often, and the things a clinic can give you that most people have never been told about. You can say on your profile that you test regularly, if you want to. The contact form asks what your message is about, so a security problem or a report of somebody's behaviour reaches a person instead of a queue. And events imported from elsewhere arrive with their full description and the right address.
Sexual health
There is a page about getting tested, linked from the footer. Where to go in the UK, roughly how often, and four things the same appointment can give you: PrEP, doxyPEP, the gonorrhoea vaccine England started offering last August, and the mpox and hepatitis jabs. Everything on it links to the NHS or the people who wrote the guidance — Collr is not a clinic and does not pretend to be.
It is written on the basis that testing is maintenance, not confession. That is the whole point of it being there.
You can show on your profile that you test regularly. It is a switch under Badges, it is yours to turn off at any time, and it shows no date and no result — we do not ask for either and do not store them. Nobody is ranked or filtered by it.
Events with explicit areas carry one quiet line pointing at the page.
Writing to us
The contact form asks what your message is about. A security problem, a question about your data, or a report of somebody's behaviour now reaches the right people directly instead of queueing behind questions about opening times.
Two of those show you a faster route first — you can export or delete your own data from your account screen without asking anybody, and reporting a profile from the profile itself tells us more than a typed description can. Neither blocks you: if you want to write to a person, the send button is right there.
If you run events
An event brought in from Eventbrite now arrives with the whole description rather than its first line. Only the opening sentence was making it across, which made a lot of listings look empty.
Imported addresses are right. Some were arriving with the town in twice, once in front of the building, and house numbers were being dropped entirely — which is the part that gets somebody to the door.
Around the site
The About page reads like an actual story now rather than a contract, and the community guidelines say who they are for before they start listing rules. Nothing in the rules changed.
The footer is grouped instead of being one long row of links.
