Organisers answer the questions about their events once and every event carries the answers, badges ask for most answers rather than every one, and an explicit event shows a padlock until you sign in.
If you run events
Standing answers are set once and forgotten. Saving them fills the gaps on every upcoming event you already have, as well as on the ones you add or import later, and never changes anything an event already says.
Standing answers are the one place for them. Your import source's page keeps the feed's name and town and points you there, so the door, photography and access answers reach your hand-made events as well as your imported ones.
A badge asks for most of those answers, not every one. A Partner event answers over half of the door and access questions, and for every badge, house rules count when they are written out; the tick-box rules are optional.
Finding events
An explicit event shows a padlock for its picture until you sign in, so it is clear at a glance that signing in shows it.
